When you migrate SAS Profitability Management on UNIX or Linux hosts, the configuration phase of the migration might fail with an error that refers to "SASProfitabilityManagementDataTier."

You can work around this error by replacing the abmprofdatautility.xml file with the modified version that is on the Downloads tab of this note. Copy the file to this location:
SASHOME/SASProfitabilityManagementDataTier/2.3/Config/

You should replace the abmprofdatautility.xml file after you complete the installation but before you begin the configuration phase of the migration.

If you already encountered the error but have not moved past the failed step, first update the abmprofdatautility.xml file. Then select Retry in SAS^® Deployment Wizard to continue the migration successfully.
